What a Spud!

Kelly just finished his 3rd triathlon! He and some guys from work have participated in "The Spudman" in Burley, ID for the past 2 years+. Kelly's time was basically the same as last year but the difference was that he trained better and therefore felt better after the race. He really enjoyed it! His swim and run were faster but he said he's got to work on the bike! The cool thing about the race was running into the Bower clan! Kelly's best childhood friend, Darrion, was in the race and they actually ran a little ways together. Darrion's wife, who is a friend I nannied with in CT also did the race! Go Kelly Bonk Bowers! You are much more of a woman then I'll ever be! They all did great!
